COSS was formed to assist women with silicone and saline breast implants to educate themselves on facts concerning these implantable medical devices. We also provide information to persons with other silicone implant devices.We continously research information on medical testing, safety of devices, implant removal, and available medical care. Our goals are to help people become informed consumers, to give them and their families support, and to help survivors empower themselves in their own healing process.
